The evening social hour with free snacks and drinks was a nice touch. Valet parking is pricey and can be a hassle. Rooms are clean and spacious. Wifi in our room was weak.

Spacious rooms with a kitchen were really convenient. Valet parking was expensive and not clearly mentioned up front. Enjoyed the evening social hour with snacks and drinks. Breakfast options were excellent, but the shuttle service wasn't available during my stay.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to stroll around and explore Nashville, as everything from the iconic Lower Broadway to the Country Music Hall of Fame is just a short walk away, making daily outings super convenient and enjoyable; plus, you’ll find a variety of delicious dining options like Morton's The Steakhouse and local cafes within less than a 5-minute walk, enhancing the experience of soaking in the vibrant city atmosphere. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great breakfast selection, however, I did encounter a small hiccup with housekeeping which was promptly addressed.

So, the noise was unbearable with those huge windows letting in all the street sounds. I tried using a white noise app, but it didn’t help much. It really affected my sleep, which was super disappointing.

Clean room, friendly staff with the best bacon I've ever had served at breakfast and a convenient walking distance to downtown attractions.
Cannot find any fault.

The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space cozy. The bed was plush with clean linens, providing a great night's sleep. Despite being close to nightlife, noise levels were minimal, allowing for relaxation. The bathroom was tidy and well-maintained. I appreciated the daily breakfast variety, though some pastries repeated. The lounge area was inviting, but the furniture could use a refresh. the cleanliness of the room stood out, contributing to a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly and attentive throughout.

The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to help. Breakfast is complimentary, and the happy hour snacks hit the spot after a long day.
Coffee refills were a bit of a mystery.

The breakfast was a fantastic way to start my Christmas day, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I also loved having a cozy coffee shop within the hotel, making it easy to grab a warm drink on chilly mornings. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city.
Some staff members were not as welcoming as I had hoped. One encountered was rude and dismissive during check-in, and housekeeping entered the room without warning.

Exploring the vibrant music scene in Downtown Nashville was a breeze from our hotel's convenient location. From the energetic tunes at the Ryman Auditorium to strolling through lively Second Avenue, we immersed ourselves in the rich cultural experiences this city offers. Our family also enjoyed the serene nature trails near the hotel for a relaxing outdoor escape.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly meal options at the hotel restaurant.

The staff welcomed us with smiles and were quick to help with anything we needed. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the bar was a nice spot to unwind after a long day.
It wasn't the cheapest stay, but you get what you pay for.

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to Broadway and major attractions. The suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen; the shower pressure was impressive. Breakfast was a hit, especially with the waffle maker! my experience was marred by a noisy ice maker and some maintenance issues with the elevators. While the staff was generally friendly, check-in took too long, and there was a noticeable lack of urgency during the initial hiccup with my room key. the breakfast and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable enough to consider returning.

Great location. Valet service made navigating a breeze. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Powerful shower with hot water—always a plus. Enjoyed the bar atmosphere, especially Nancy’s excellent bartending and the live music. Staff were mostly friendly, except for a rocky check-in experience and a preoccupied front desk staff member. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the dining area was inviting. Had some hiccups with my room access, but staff handled it efficiently once engaged. Not a fan of the cramped bathroom; it felt mismatched. Parking can be tricky—public options are easier, albeit less convenient. A solid choice overall, but some service training wouldn't hurt.

Breakfast was a highlight! Loved the hot and cold options, and the cafe was a tasty bonus. The traditional meets modern vibe gave a cool ambiance. Super close to the main street and a park for the pup - excellent location features.
The room assignment was a letdown; our windows faced a dull view inside.

We hit up LP Field for a Titans game and partied at the Wild Horse Saloon. The staff was mad cool, especially Jacob at the front desk. Breakfast was dope, and the location was clutch for exploring. We're definitely coming back for more fun!
Only thing missing was a rooftop party spot for us night owls to vibe out after our adventures downtown.

The hotel was a great hub for exploring. The staff, amenities, and location exceeded my expectations. I could have survived longer with a bellboy for my shoe emergencies. Fab!
I loved staring into a carpark from my room. It was like having my personal reality TV show.

my experience was a mix of good and not so great things. Let's start with the good stuff - I really appreciated that the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy at Tru by Hilton, the sister property where I ended up staying. The location was also pretty convenient, although the parking situation was a bit of a letdown. The breakfast included was a nice perk, and the staff were helpful. It was easy to walk to the museums and bars in Nashville, which was a big plus for us. there were some issues that I had to deal with during my stay. The overbooking situation at Homewood Suites was a hassle, and being moved to a different hotel further away was not ideal. The parking charges were a surprise, and the room itself was a bit outdated with filthy windows. Dealing with a leaking faucet and a running toilet was not fun either. On top of that, the valet parking ended up causing even more trouble when I got a ticket that the hotel didn't help resolve, leading to a frustrating and costly experience. All in all, my stay had its ups and downs.
